The air is cool

Hints of red and gold and brown limn the leaves
Made green through recent rains
Although not enough
How fortunate am I!
The house is warm
The chair comfortable
The hot drink ready to hand
Coffee in morning
Tea afternoon
Steaming cider in the evening
Spiced in the mug
